I'll only start working on the rough sketch after you've made half of the payment.

Complexity Fee. I can handle a certain amount of detail and there will be extra fee when it fits the criteria. The fee is capped at $10 per character and I will discuss it with you before sending an invoice.

Refunds. Refunds will depend especially when I can't finish the artwork, but complete commissions will have no refunds.

Revisions are always open but expect delays especially with heavy changes.

Fees. Sudden and major changes will result in a fee 10% of the total price. It also has to be reasonable.

Finalization. Once you inform me that the piece is satisfactory and finished, this fee will be applied. Any changes made after the commission is complete will incur a fee 15% of the total price.

Process. There are four steps: rough sketch > line art > flat colors > render, and I'll be asking for feedback in every stage.

Updates. These will be low-resolution watermarked pieces and will be posted on your email.

Turnabout time. This will depend on the complexity, style, response time etc. I'll inform as soon as possible if there are delays due to school work, personal factors and such.

Deadline. I can't do rushed rendered commissions within the week that I have major deadlines. If my schedule is light, rushed commissions will have its own fees.

I have the right to refuse a commission if it doesn't follow my terms.

Right now, most commissions will be used in my portfolio and on social media. If you wish to make it private, please tell me.

Commissions are for personal non-commercial use only. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, there will be a different fee.

Printing your commissioned piece/s for personal use only.

Using your commissioned piece/s as an icon only.

If you are going to post it in public spaces (twitter, fb, etc.), please include my signature or watermark.. A mention or tag is also appreciated.

I do not consent when you will sell the commissioned piece/s with any type of cryptocurrency or Non-Fungible Token (NFT). In return, I will never sell yours.

Claiming you did the commissioned artwork yourself.

Using any commissioned piece for commercial use. As mentioned, there will be a different fee, so please inform me in advance.
